ORDINANCE NO. 10*472
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE FOUR HUNDRED (400) GALLONS
OF -WHITE PAINT, AND TWO HUNDRED (200) GALLONS OF
YELLOW PAINT FOR USE OF THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to purchase Four Hundred (400) gallons
of white paint, and Two Hundred (200) gallons of yellow paint
for use of the Traffic Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said paint shall not exceed
the sum of Two Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars ($2,400).
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
