ORDINANCE NO. 10,473
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUMi OF THREE HUNDRED
AND SEVENTY -EIGHT DOLLARS ($378.00) TO PURCHASE A
STAINLESS STEEL TANK FOR USE OF THE POLICE DEPART-
MENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 10,330,
DIRECTING THE PURCHASE THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Hundred and Seventy-
Eight Dollars ($378.00) is hereby appropriated to purchase
a stainless steel tank for use of the Police Department in
accordance with Ordinance No. 10,33 directing the purchase
thereof.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
