AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TWO (2) AND THE EAST THIRTYAFIVE
FEET OF LOT THREE (3), BLOCK THREE HUNDRED SIXTY (360) , ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be,
and it is hereby, changed from "D" Apartment District to "F" Commercial
District: Lot -two (2) and the east thirty five (35) feet of lot three (3),
block three hundred sixty (360), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 1500 Lincoln Avenue.
Section 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to of 4'ect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
