AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS,
($300.00) FROM THE CITY GENERAL FUND FOR USE OF A CLEAN-
UP CAMPAIGN, AUTHORIZING THAT SAID SUM OF MONEY BE TURNED
OVER TO THE TREASURER OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE FOR THE
CAMPAIGN, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)
is hereby appropriated from the City General Fund for use of the
Clean -Up Campaign and said sum of money is hereby turned over to
the Treasurer of the Finance Committee of said Campaign.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of $300.00 to
the Treasurer of the Finance Committee of the Clean -Up Campaign.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
