AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE BIDE FOR BLOCKp RESENT LOCATION
EIGHT (8) OF WATKINS ADDITION,/ OF CTTY POUND,
BIDS OBTAINED THEREON TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS FOR ITS APPROVAL,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to take bids for the sale of block
eight (8) of Watkins Addition of the City of Little Rock,
upon which the present Dog Pound is located.
SECTION 2. That all bids which they obtain shall be
submitted by them to the Little Rock City Council and its
acceptance or rejection thereof.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
