AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE CERTAIN
ITEMS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT`T'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase the following items
for the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City of Little Rock,
to be used in the Curran Conway Municipal Swimming Pool and Gillam Park
Swimming Pool not to exceed $2,300.00:
100 gals. white pool paint
,
20 gals. reducing oil
5 gals. blue pool paint
80 - 150 lb cylinders of liquid chlorine
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
