AN ORDINANCE AUTHQRIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE VARIOUS REPAIR PARTS OF A WAYNE STREET SWEEPER
FOR USE OF THE STREET DEPARBI.ENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED FOUR HUNDRED,
SEVENTY -FIVE DOLLARS ($475.00) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. The Board of Public Affairs is� hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase various repair parts of a Wayne Street Sweeper for
use of the Street Department of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred, Seventy -Five
Dollars ($475.00).

SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
