AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE A PNEUMATIC ROLLER FOR USE OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED TWO
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2000.00) PLUS A TRADE -IN OF A FERGUSON
PORTABLE ROLLER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase a Pneumatic
Roller for use of the Street Department of the City of Little Rock,
at a cost not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) plus a
trade -in of a Ferguson Portable Roller.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
