AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-
CHASE ONE TON AND A HALF TRUCK CHASSIS WITH CAB FOR
USE IN RE- BUILDING ONE FIRE ENGINE IN THE LITTLE ROCK
FIRE DEPARTRiENT, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED Thirty FIVE
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3500.00) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase one ton and a half truck chassis with cab for use in
re- boilding one Fire Engine in the Little Rock Fire Depart-
ment, at a cost not to exceed Thirty Five Hundred Dollars
($3500.00).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of.ordinances,
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
