AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE TEN THOUSAND (10,000) SHEETS OF LETTER SIZE
THERMO -FAX PAPER AND TWO THOUSAND (2,000) SHEETS OF
LEGAL SIZE THERMO -FAX PAPER, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600.00), F®8 USE OF THE TRAFFIC
DIVISION OF THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.
That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase 10,000 sheets of letter size Thermo -Fax paper, and
2,000 sheets of legal size Thermo -Fax paper, for use of the
Traffic Division of the Little "Rock Police Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said 10,000 sheets of
letter size Thermo -Fax paper and 2,000 sheets of legal size
Thermo -Fax paper shall not exceed $600.00.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
