ORDINANCE NO. one
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE REPAIR PARTS TO X -1201 TL20 LORAINE DRAG LINE,
FOR USE OF THE STREET DEPARTIVINT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AT A,COST NOT TO EXCEED FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS
($400.00) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is, hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for.. and
purchase repair parts to X -120, TL20 Loraine Drag Line,
for use of the Street Department of the City of Little Rock,
at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
