#67 -70 AND HAYES STREET BEING ALL THAT PROPERTY BOUNDED ON
THE NORTH BY THE NORTH LINE OF BLOCK ONE (1), REQUA'S SUB-
URBAN PARK ADDITION; ON THE EAST AND SOUTH BY PRESENT CITY
LIMITS; ON THE WEST BY THE EAST LINE OF MEADOWCLIFF AND THE
PRESENT CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
EXCEPT THAT LAND ADJACENT TO AND WEST OF U. S. HI W4AY #67 -70
LOCATED BETWEEN THE NORTH LINE OF THE SF14L NE4 SE-4f SECTION 24,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W AND STATE HIGHWAY #5; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "A" One - family District to "F"
Commercial District: Property along the U. S. Highway #67 -70 and Hayes
Street being all that property bounded on the north by the north line
of block one (1), Requa's Suburban Park Addition; on the east and south
by present city limits; on the west by the east line of Meadoweliff and
the present city limits of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, except
that land adjacent to and west of U. S. Highway #67 -70 located between
y� the north line of the SFJ- NFrJ SFJ- Section 24, T -1 -N, R-13 -W and State

Highway #5.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
