AN ORDINANCE TO WAIVER ORDINANCE NO. 3939 ALLOWING FILMORE,
PIERCE AND GRANT STREETS BETWEEN KAVANAUGH AND "R" STREETS
TO BE WIDENED A DISTANCE OF FIVE AND ONE -HALF FEET (5/2)
ON EACH SIDE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That this Ordinance shall waiver Ordinance No. 3939
allowing Filmore, Pierce and Grant Streets between Kavanaugh and
"R" Streets, to be widened a distance of Five and One -Half feet
(5/2' ) on each side.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
