AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $500.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
FUND; AND $293.68 FROM THE PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $500.00
from the Highway Construction Fund, and $293.68 from the Park Development
Fund, for payment of the following, to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Mark G. Garver $ 500.00
PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND:
Big Rock Stone & Material Company 9.92
Binswanger & Company of Tennessee 14.90
Crane Company 9.16
De Soto Hardware Company 15.32
The Fabric Center 3.51
Fones Bros. Hardware Company .64
Monarch Mill & Lumber Company 4k.00
Park Hill Furniture Company 162.23
Roach Paper Company 7.1
Sears, Roebuck & Company 20.86
$ 293.68
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts
mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
