AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND AND
TEN DOLLARS AMID FORTY CENTS ($1010.40) TO PAY FOR SALES
TAX AND LICENSE FEES FOR THE TWENTY (20) POLICE CARS
PURCHASED FOR THE USE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK'S
POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of One Thousand and Ten Dollars and
Forty Cents ($1010.40) is hereby appropriated to pay for sales
tax and license fees for the twenty (20) Police Cars purchased
for the use of the City of Little Rock's Police Department.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflice herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
