AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND
TEN DOLLARS ($110.00) TO PAY D. W. MCKINLEY AND SAINT
PAUL FIRE AND IviARINE COMPANY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES
INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE COLLISION OF SMJVaIE HAMPTON
VVITH D. 4. N,CKINLEY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Hundred and Ten Dollars
($110.00) is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the Street
Department to pay D. 6. McKinley and others for damages done to
his car when a collission occurred between said D. N. McKinley
and Sammie Hampton between Arch and Gaines Streets, on February
9, 1956.
SECTION 2. That the payment of said $110.00 shall con-
stitute a full and final settlement of any and all claims against
said Sammie Hampton by reason of the collision between him and
D. 4. McKinley. That case 443224, in Pulaski Circuit Court, filed
against Sammie Hampton , shall be dismissed with prejudice.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
