AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 128
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition was
signed by more than two thirds in assessed value of the owners of
real property within said territory; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the foll6wing property in the City of Little
Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to -wit:
All of Wingate, an addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas;
All the Northwest Quarter (NW4) Northwest Quarter (NW4)
Section One (1), Township One North (T 1 N), Range
Thirteen West (R 13 W);
The South three hundred fifty feet (S 350') of the South-
east Quarter (SE-1) Southeast Quarter (SE4) Section Thirty -
five (35), Township Two North (T 2 N), Range Thirteen
West (R 13 W);
The North two hundred thirty feet (N 230' of the South-
west Quarter (SW4) Northwest Quarter (NW4� Section One
(1), Township One North (T 1 N), Range Thirteen West (R 13 W);
All of McIntosh ..Addition No. 2 to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas;
All of Sunset Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, except Lots One (1)2 Two (2), Three (3), Four
(4), Twenty -one 21 , Twenty- -two (22 )2 Twenty -three (23)
and Twenty -four (243 of Block One (1), and Lots One (1),
Two (2), Three (3), Four (4)2 Twenty -.one (21)2 Twenty -two
(22), Twenty -three (23) and Twenty -four (24) of Block
Four (4), all in said Sunset Heights Addition;
All the Southeast Quarter (SE4) Southwest Quarter (SW,;),
Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Thirty -six (36),
Township Two North (T 2 N), Range Thirteen West (R 13 W);
for the purpose of constructing within the District a sanitary
sewer callection system to connect with the basic sanitary sewer
system of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in the manner and of
the materials that the Commissioners for the District shall deem for
the best interests of the District, and that the cost thereof be
assessed upon the real property above described, according to the
benefits received.
Said District shall be known as "Sewer Improvement District
No. 128 of Little Rock, Arkansas," and E. B. Matkin, Jr.,
John Barton, and James 7, Hewitt are hereby named Commissioners
and shall compose the Board of Improvement for said District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall.take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
