AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL THAT PROPERTY BOUNDED ON THE
NORTH BY ASHER AVENUE, ON THE EAST BY MDIEL ADDITION ON
THE SOUTH BY THE CITY LIMITS, ON THE WEST BY THE INTERCITY
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; ArMI DING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "B" Residence District and "F" Com-
mercial to: "III Light Industrial Districts: 4911 Asher Avenue, being
all that property bounded on the north by Asher Avenue, on the east by
Remmel Addition, on the south by the City limits, on the west by the
Intercity Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
