AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO SELL TWO 1935 INTERNATIONAL TRUCK
CHASSIS, SURPLUS STEEL WINDOW FRAMES AND SCRAP
METAL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
to sell two 1935 International truck chassis, surplus steel window frames
and scrap metal, as provided for by state law.
+ SECTION 2. Proceeds of this sale shall be credited to the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
