AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TiiE SUIv: OF NINE
HUNDRED AND FIFTY -TWO DOLLARS AND TEN CENTS
( $952.10) TO PAY iv EDICAL EXPENSES FOR
OFFICER C. iv:. GOODWIN, JR. WHO =VAS INJURED
IN THE LINE OF DUTY, AND FOR OTiiER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF - LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That the sum of Nine Hundred and Fifty -two Dollars
and ten cents ($952.10) is hereby appropriated to pay medical .
expenses for Officer C. 1VI. Goodwin, Jr. who was injured in the
i
line of duty.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
