AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TEN HUNDRED
AND EIGHT DOLLARS ($1008.00) FOR NURS;NG CARE OF
R. B. LANWORD FOR FOUR WEEKS PERIOD FROM THE
CITY GENERAL FUND, .FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Ten Hundred and Eight Dollars
($1008.00) is hereby appropriated from the City General Fund
for nursing care for R. B. Lantford for the period of four weeks
from the CitX General Fund. That the four weeks period shall
start the 31st of May, 1957.
SECTION 20 That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue a City's Warrant at the rate of Eighty -four
Dollars ($84.00) a week for each of the three nurses to take care
of R. B. Lanford, a City Police Officer injured while on duty.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval,
as of May 31, 1957.
