AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUiv; OF SIX HUNDRED
AND NINETY -TViO DOLLARS ($,692.00PROM THE CITY GENERAL
FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING FRANK M. FULK FOR
HIS APPRAISAL OF THE CITY HOSPITAL PROPERTY ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNEn OF 11TH AND i'v,CALtviONT STREET, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Six Hundred and Ninety -Two
Dollars ( ,$692.00) is hereby appropriated from the City General
Fund to pay Frank iv;. Fulk for his work in appraising the City
hospital property at 11th and NicAlmont Street.
SECTION 2. That the ivayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue a City's 4arrant payable in the sum of Six
Hundred and Ninety -Two Dollars ($692.00) to Frank M. Fulk in
full payment for his service in appraising the City Hospital
property.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
