AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SUFFICIENT MONEY TO
PAY THE AUTOMOBILE TRAVEL EXPENSE FOR THE MILK
AND DAIRY INSPECTOR OF THE MILK AND DAIRY DEPART -
MENTt OF THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT THE"RATE C3F
$0.06 PER MILE, NOT TO EXCEED SIXTY DOLLARS ($60.00)
PER MONTH FOR ANY CALENDAR MONTH, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated sufficient money to
gray the automobile travel expense for the Milk and Dairy Inspector
of the Milk and Dairy Department of the City dialth Department at
the rate of $0.06 per mile, not to exceed Sixty Dollars ($60.00)
per month for any calendar month.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after July 1, 1957.
