OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE TWO (2) CARS FOR THE USE OF THE MILK AND
DAIRY DIVISION OF THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($29350.00) PLUS THE COST OF A TRADE -IN OF A
1955 FORD BUSINESS COWE, MOTOR NO. A5DG188264
AM A 1953 eHEVROLET TWO DOOR SEDAN, MOTOR NO.
LAA630370, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board °of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
Two (2) cars for the use of the Milk and Dairy Division of the
City Health Department of the City of,_Little Rock, at a cost not
to exceed TWoelhousand Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($2,350.00)
plus the cost of a trade -in of a 1955 Ford Business Coupe, Motor
No. A5DG188264 and a 1953 Chevrolet Two Door Sedan, Motor No.
LAA630370.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passa§e and approval.
