AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $615.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY CON-
STRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Six
Hundred and Fifteen Dollars 0615.00) from the Highway Construction
Fund for payment of the following, to -wict :
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Mark G. Garver 500.00
J. H. Leveck & Son 115.00
615.00
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in
the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the fund as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
