AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND LET
A CONTRACT FOR THE REPAIR OF SIX ELECTRIC TRANSFORMERS
FOR USE BY THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT IN WAR
MORIAL PARK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorised and directed
to advertise, take bids for, and let a contract for the repair of six electric
transformers for use by the Parks and Recreation Department in War Memorial
Park.
SECTION 2. The cost of such repairs to the transformers shall not exceed
the sun of eight hundred dollars ($800.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
