AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY -EIGHT
DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS-($58$.40) FROM THE STREET FUND.TO BE
PAID TO MR. A. M. WRAPE FOR FIVE-THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED.EIGHTY-
FOUR (5,884) YARDS OF RED GRAVEL FOR USE A N.STREET DEPARTMENT,
I AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

SECTION I: There is hereby appropriated the sum of Five Hundred
Eighty -Eight Dollars and Forty Cents ($588.40) from the Street Fund
to pay A. M. Wrape for Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Four
(5,884) Yards of red gravel.
SECTION 2: The Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized
and directed to prepare a City Warrant for this amount.
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
