AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF CERTAIN PERSONNEL IN THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT ACTING IN VARIOUS CAPACITIES AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES: ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. When vacancies occur in the Police
Department due to retirement and other personnel are temporarily
appointed to fill such vacancies, such personnel shall be
Paid at a salary commdnsurate with said position in accordance
with Ordinance No. 9006. This ordinance shall also affect
such other employees temporarily promoted due to such retirement.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after Its, „ ;: ;
passage•and approval.
