AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE.FLEXIBLE STORM SEWER
RODS AND ATTACHMENTS.FOR.THE STREET DEPARTMENT.IN THE AMOUNT OF
FOUR HUNDRED AND 'iWENTY —FIVE DOLLARS ($425.00) AND FOR OTHER
PURSES.
BE iT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase flexible storm
sewer rods and attachments for the Street Department at a cost not to
exceed Four Hundred and Twenty -Five Dollars ($425.00).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall begin full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
