ING STEEL.FOR A STORM SEWER AT 16V AND.,MAIN STREETS FOR THE STREET
DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEEO.TWELVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($1250.00) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase pipe arch and
reinforcing steel for a storm sewer at 18th and Main Streets for the
Streit Department at a cost not to exceed Twelve Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($1250.00).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
