AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF $310.00 TO ROBERT C.
BINZ MACHINERY SERVICE FOR CERTAIN WORK AT THE C
CONWAY MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOLS AND FOR. OTHE PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK., ARK-
ANSAS:
•
SECTION 1. That authorization is hereby given the Mayor and
City Clerk to issue a warrant for $310.00 to the Robert C. Binz
Machinery Service for work performed at the Curran Conway Municipal
Swiming Pool during the sum:aer of 1957.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval
