AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $4,000.00 TO
PAY THE COSTS OF HOLDING THE GENERAL ELECTION AND
THE SPECIAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 5, 1957; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Four Thousand Dollars,
(6;4,000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock to cover the costs of
holding the General Election and Special Election on November 5,
1957•
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the Cityls warrant or warrants to the proper
parties in payment of said elections costs.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
