AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
ONE THOUSAND AND THIRTY -FOUR DOLLARS
($1034.00) TO FAY TED HOOD AS A REFUND
ON BOND FORFEITURES PAID TO THE CITY
COLLECTOR WHICH FORFEITURES HE HAD
SINCE REDEEMED BY SURRENDERING PRISONERS
COVERED BY THE BONDS TO THE MUNICIPAL
COURT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ted Hood paid the sum of One Thousand and Thirty-
four Dollars ($1034.00) to the City Collector's Office as bond
forfeitures for prisoners bonded thereunder who did not appear;

WHEREAS, since such forfeitures Ted Hood has apprehended
such prisoners and surrendered them to Little Rock Municipal
Court thus redeeming such forfeitures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Thousand and Thirty -four
Dollars ($1034.00) is hereby appropriated to pay said Ted Hood
as a refund on bond forfeitures which he has made good by the
surrender of prisoners bonded thereunder.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are instructed
to issue the City's Warrant in the sum of One Thousand and Thirty-
four Dollars ($1034.00) to Ted Hood.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect immediately after its passage and approval.
