AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $583.07 FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
FUND; AND $261.00 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$583.07 from the Highway Construction Fund, and $261.00 from the
Fire Department Construction Fund, for payment of the following,
to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Mark G. Garver $500.00
Paragon Printing Company 83.07
$583.07
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Brandon Furniture Company 261.00
SECTION 2, The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named,
in the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
