AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE WIDTH OF PAVEMENT ON "H"
STREET FROM THE WEST LINE OF HAYES STREET TO THE
WEST LINE OF M:CKINLEY STREET; FIXING THE WIDTH OF
PAVEMENT ON "H" STREET FROM THE WEST LINE OF
MCKINLEY STREET TO THE EAST LINE OF HUGHES STREET;
AND FIXING THE WIDTH OF PAVEMENT ON "H" STREET FROM
THE EAST LINE OF HUGHES STREET TO THE EAST LINE OF
MiISSISSIPPI STREET (AVENUE).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the width of pavement on "H" Street from
the west line of Hayes Street to the West line of McKinley Street
be and the same is hereby fixed and established at 30 feet, and the
center line of said pavement shall be and follow the east and west
center line of the Southeast Quarter (SE/1/4) of Section 36, Township
2 North, Range 13 West.
SECTION 2. That the width of pavement on "H" Street from
the west line of McKinley Street to the east line of Hughes Street
be and the same is hereby fixed and established at 40 feet and the
center line of said pavement shall be and follow a line five (5)
feet north of and parallel to the east and west centerline of the
Southeast Quarter (SE/10 of Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 13
West.
SECTION 3. That the width of pavement on "H" Street from
the east line of Hughes Street to the east line of Mississippi Street
(Avenue) be and the same is hereby fixed and established at 30 feet
and the center line of said pavement from the east line of Hughes
Street to the east line of McAdoo Street shall be and follow the
center line of the dedicated right -of -way through Success Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the Center line of said
pavement from the east line of McAdoo Street to the east line, of
Mississippi Street (Avenue) shall be and follow the east and west
center line of the Southwest '.quarter (SW' /a) of Section 36, Township
2 North, Range 13 West.
SECTION 4. This ordinance effective subject to additional
Two and One Half feet (2y2) dedication of property on the North side
of "H" Street between Hayes and McKinley Streets, so as to provide

for a total of Seven (7) feet dedication north of the curb on the
North side of "H" Street between Hayes and McKinley Streets.
SECTION 5. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
