AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND TAB f °�-�'s �— �- -Y ----•
BIDS ON ONE (1) PRE -CAST BRIDGE FOR THE STREET
DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise and take bids on one (1)
pre -cast bridge for the Street Department, at a cost not to exceed
Six Thousand Dollars 06,000.00),
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
