AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING- THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFr_IRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS ON AND URC;ASE ONE (1) TWO (2) TON AIR
CONDITIONER UNIT AT A COST NOT TO E1-CEED
THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ( 000.00) AND ONE (1)
PAIR DOUBLE ACTING DOORS WITH FRAME AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY DOLLARS ($30-00) FROM THE FIRE DEPART -
FOR THE USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPART -/ MENT CONSTRUCTION
MENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. FUND,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids on and purchase one (1) Two (2)
ton Air Condition. unit at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred Dollars
($300,00) and one (1) pair of double acting doors with frame at a
cost not to exceed Thirty Dollars ($30.00), said amount to be paid
n*64" a- Fire Department Construction Fund.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect immediately upon.its passage and approval.
