AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR WATER
PROOFING THE FINE ARTS MUSE1JM, APPROPRIATING
TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ( #2,500.00)
FOR THIS WORK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Boas�d of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
r
and requested to advertise, take bids` for and award a contract
for water proofing",the Fine Arts Museum not to exceed Two
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).
SECTION 2. The sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($2,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for
this purpose.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
