AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE. N0. 5420 AS AMENDED, THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be,
and they are hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract 9 -A Property at 5410, 5414, 5416, and 5/+22 West Markham Street; being
the west twenty (20) feet of lot eight (8), all of lots nine (9), ten (10), eleven
(11), and twelve (12), block ten (10), Pfeifer's Addition; from "C" Two- family
District to "D" Apartment District.
Tract B Property at the northeast corner of West 19th and Thayer Streets;
being lots six (6), seven (7), eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), and eleven (11),
block four (/+), Adams Addition; from "B" Residence District to "J" Light Industrial
District.
Tract -C Property in that part of West 33rd Street closed by Ordinance No.
10,188 which is adjacent to and abutting lot six (6), block thirty -six (36) and lot
one (1),, block thirty- -seven (37), Braddock's Boulevard Addition, also, property in
that part of West 33rd Street closed by Ordinance No. 10,326 which is adjacent to
and abutting lot six (6), block one (1) and lot one (1), block two (2), Watson's
Addition; from "B" Residence District to "C" Two - family District,
Tract 9-D Property at 2217 Roosevelt Road and the West side of Park Avenue
between West 26th Street and Roosevelt Road; being the middle one -third (113) of
lots el-even (11) and twelve (12), block one (1) and lots three (3), four (4), five
(5), and six (6), block one (1), Nettie F. Riffel Addition; from "B" Residence
District SBd' "C" •'Two_ "faddly D16ti-i6t to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 51+20 as
amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map" be,
and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
