ORDINANCE NO. 10,802
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ANNEX No. 1 TO
CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 615
QF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of a majority of
assessed value of the real property located within the territory
hereinafter described, have filed a Petition praying that an Improve-
ment District be established for the purpose hereinafter set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas has heard all parties
desiring to be heard and has ascertained the said Petition was signed
by a majority in assessed value of the owners of real property within
said territory;
NOW THEREPCHE, be it ordained by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas-,
Section 1. There is hereby established Annex No. 1 to Curb and
Gutter Improvement District No. 615 embracing the following described
property:
N1 E1 S2 NW SW, and E2 S2 N2 NW SW;
S2 N2 NW SW, except the East 660 feet thereof;
Lots 7 through 12, Block 13, Success-Addition to the City
.of Little Rock;
All of H. F. Buhler's Twelfth Addition to the City of
Little Rock;
all in Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
State of Arkansas, for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing and
guttering in such a manner and with such materials, as the Commissioners
of said improvement district shall deem to be for the best interest of
said annex, the following parts of the followin g streets in the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
McAdoo Street, from the'North line of H Street to the
North line of I Street;
I Street, from the West line of McAdoo Street to the
East line of Shamrock Drive;
Shamrock Drive, from the North line pf H Street to the
North line of Blcok 2 extended of H F. Buhlerts
Twelfth Addition to the City of Little Rock;
Skyway Drive, from the North line of H Street to the
North end of Skyway Drive;
and the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from any agency
of the Federal or City Government, be assessed and charged upon the real
property above described; provided, the liability of each lot or tract of
land be limited to its assessed benefits.
Section 2. 'Preis ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
