AN ORDINANCE 1THORIZIN AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR THE REPAIR OF THE TRACK
SYSTSK ON A D-6 CATERPILLAR TRACTOR TO BE USED BY
THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT IN GARBAGE DISPOSAL WORK
AT THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL PLANT; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.

SECTION 1., The City Manager is hereby authorised and

00 directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase materials

and labor for the repair of the track system on a D-6 ftter-

W Disposal Plant, which repair shall include new tracks, top
rollers and shafts, bottom roller shaft, seals and bushings,
front :.dler shafts and bushings, sprocket rims and final drive
seals and the bottom rollers and idlers built up to standard.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect fram and after its passage
and approval.
