DOLLARS ($100.00) PAYABLE TO MISS JO ANN DALTON
AS FULL COMPROMISE AND SAT1LSrIENT FOR DAMAGES TO
HER, AU'IROIMILE ARISING OUT OF A CM LISION WITH A
VEEiKQE OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ON THE
21st DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1958; DIRECTING THE QTY
MAMBA AND DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO EXECUTE THE
1+IECESSARx WARRANT FOR THE SAID APPROPRIATION
FROM TIM STREET FM OF THE CITY; AND FOR OTHER

BE IT OADiAINBD BY THE BOARD OF DIRBCiORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. There is hereby appropriated the sun of
One Hundred Dollars ($100,00) payable to Miss Jo Ann Dalton
as full compromise and settlement for damages to her automobile
arising out of a collision with a vehicle owed by the City
of Little Rock on the 21st day of February, 1958.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary
aarraot for the payment of moneys appropriated in Section l
hereinabove from the Street Fund of the City.
SECTION 39 All ordinances and pants of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be to full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
