ORDINANCE NO. 10, 788
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED,
THE LITTLE RACK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties
be, and they are hereby, changed as indicateds
0
o Tract 7 -A Property at the northwest corner of Hayes and "R" Streets-

being lots seven (7) and eight (8), block nine (9), Mountain Park Addition;
from "A" One - family District to "F" Commercial District.

o Tract 7 -B Property at 2815 West 14th Street; being lot five .(5) -And_the east
A one -half (1/2) of six (6), block nine (9), Worthen and Brown's Addition;

.a from "B" Residence District to "D" Apartment District.
Tract 7-C Property at the southeast corner of East 16th and Scott
Streets; being lots one (1), two (2), and three (3), block eighteen (18),
Original City; from "C" Two - family, District to "D" Apartment District.
Tract 7 -D Property at 1821 Broadway Street; being lot four (4) and the
north twenty (20) feet of five (5), block two (2), Ful.ton's Addition; from
"C" Two - family District to "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Book Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420
as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
