ORDINANCE NO. 10,787
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, OF CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN THE
NEI SE,I , SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH,
RANGE 13 WEST, IN PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas
entered its order on March 18, 1958, upon the petition of Mary H.
Requa, the sole real estate owner of the property affected after
due notice of hearing on said petition for the time and in the
manner prescribed by law, ordering the annexation of the following -
described lands located in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
A tract of land located in NEI SE, Section 13, Town-

ship 1 North, Range 13 West, in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as: Beginning at a point on the
North right-of-way line of old U. S. Highway 67 -70
and 40 feet west of the southwest corner of Lot 5,
Block 1, Requa's Suburban Park Addition thence S 870
52' W 213.2 ft to a point, thence S 20 49' E 210 ft
to a point, thence S 870 52' W 123.7 ft to a point,
thence N 20 49' W 140.0 ft to a point, thence N 870
52' E 123.7 ft to a point, thence N 20 49' W 70.0 ft
to a point thence S 870 52' W 193.7 ft to a point,
thence S 2b 49' E 155.3 ft to a point, thence N 870
52' E 20.0 ft to a point, thence S 20 49' E 124.7 ft
to a point, thence N 870 52' E 243.7 ft to a point,
thence N 20 49' W 210.0 ft to a point, thence N 870
52' E along a line 10 ft South & parallel to the South
right -of -way line of o18 U. S. Highway 67 -70 188.2 ft
to a point, thence N 35 15' W 83.6 ft to the point
of beginning.
WHEREAS, more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since
the entry of said order of the County Court of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and no person, firm or corporation has instituted any
proceeding in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, or
elsewhere, to prevent such annexation, and no protestants have
appeared and no notice given to the authoriti6s of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas of any attempt to vacate, review, set aside
or appeal from the said order of the County Court, and
WHEREAS, said above - described lands are contiguous to
and adjoin the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, act-
ing through this Board of Directors,does hereby approve the annex-
ation of, and does hereby accept and make a part of the incorporated
area of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas all of the lands des-
cribed hereinabove in this Ordinance; and that said lands be and
are hereby assigned and attached to the Fourth Ward of said City.
Section 2. It is further ordered that when two copies
of the entire proceedings of the Pulaski County Court concerning
this annexation have been prepared and duly certified by the
Pulaski County Clerk, one copy of said proceedings shall be deliv-
ered to and filed with the Secretary of State of the State of
Arkansas, pursuant to Arkansas Statutes (1947) Section 19 -305•
