AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF THIRD STREET BETWEEN BROADWAY AND SCOTT STREETS
BETWEEN THE FOURS OF SEVEN (7) A.M. AND NINE (9)
A.M. ,AND FOUR (4) P.M. AND SIX (6) P.M.; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. When signs are erected giving notice thereof
parking on the South Side of Third Street between Broadway
and Scott Streets between the hours of Seven (7) A.M. and
Nine (9) A,M.,an-d Four (4) P.M. and Six (6) P.M. is prohibited.
3ECT,com. 2. Any person operating a vehicle in violation
of pr.;visions of Section 1 of this ordinance shall be gUjIt - :7

SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
