MANAGER TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE B LDS FOR A CONTRACT
TO BE EXECUsED 3Y THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK FOR
THE RESURFACING OF CERTAIN ST- F EE's S AND FARTS OF
STREETS IN THE CITY OF! LITTLE ROCK; AIO FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIPXCTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise and take bids for a contract to
ba executed by the Mayor and City Clerk for the resurfacing
of certain_ s *_r. ^eta and parts of streets in the City of Little
Rock.
SECTION 2. Plans and specificatio=3 fcr the resurfacing
program herein authorized shall be prepared and made available
to the general public in the City Manager's Office prior to
the advertising for bids.
SECTION 3. The City Manager hereby reserves the right
to reject any and all bids.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and, it having been
