ORDINANCE NO. 10,765
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED, THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION.l. That the zone classification of the following
property be and it is hereby, changed as indicated:
Tract 6 -A Property on the west side of Hayes Street,
between the Town and Country Shopping Center and West 32nd
Street, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at
the NE corner of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 13, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
thence south 40 feet, thence west 40 feet for the point of
beginning, being the SW corner of the intersection of Hayes and
West 32nd Street, thence south 00 07' west 1263.8 feet along
the west line of Hayes Street, thence south 1004' west 8 feet,
thence north 88041' west 377.8' along the north line of
Requa's Suburban Park Addition to a concrete monument, thence
north 0009' east 1031.8 feet along the east boundary of College
Terrace Addition,thence south 88041' east 70 feet, thence north
37044' east 298.1 feet to the south line of West 32nd Street,
thence south 88041' east 125.4 feet along the south line of
West 32nd Street to the point of beginning; from "B" Residence
V - District to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
