AN ORDINANCE EMPLOYING JOHN P. POWERS, CIVIL ENGINEER,
TO PREPARE PUM AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PAVING OF
28TH STREET BETWEEN FILMORE AND HAYES STREETS, TO SUPER-
VISE THE CONSTRUCTION ACCORDING TO SAID PLP.NS AND
SPECIFICAMONS, PROVIDING FOR A FEE FOR SAID ENGINEERING
SERVICES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARXANSAS:
SECTION 1. Effective immediately upon tae passage and
approval of this ordinance John P. Powers, Civil Engineer, is
hereby employed to furnish complete engineering services, in-
cluding preparation of plans and specifications and supervision
of construction, of the paving of 23th Street between Filmore
and Hayes Streets in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. Said John P. Powers, Civil Engineer, shall
be paid for tie services provided for hereinabove in Section
1 in accordance with the following schedule:

BASIC MINIM M FEES
10.0 %plus or per diem
3.5%
7.5%
7.0%
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and tiis ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
anti approval,
