AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE
OF MONROE STREET BETWEEN LEE AVENUE AND WOODLAWN
AVENUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. When signs are erected giving notice thereof,
parking shall, at all times, be prohibited on the East side of
Monroe Street between Lee Avenue and Woodlawn Avenue.
SECTION 2. Any person operating a vehicle in violation
of the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined any sum
from Two ($2.00) Dollars to Two Hundred and Fifty ($250.00)
Dollars; or shall be imprisioned for a time not to exceed
twenty (20) days; or both fined and imprisioned.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
