AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE CITY MANAGER OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE SUCTION HOSE, COUPLINGS AND SIAMESE CONNECTIONS
FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for,
and purchase the following items for the Fire Department:
20 Feet of 42 -inch Soft Suction Hose
2 Sets of 4a -inch Brass Couplings
9 Siamese Connections
SECTION 2. The cost of such equipment not to exceed One Thousand
Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1750.00).
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
